We source only Prime Black Angus beef that are grass-fed and finished on barley. This results in a deep flavor coupled with excellent marbling. We dry-age our steaks for 45-days allowing the meat to properly tenderize and flavors to become full and complex. Our Tomahawks are showstoppers and amazing grilled, roasted, or broiled.
